BOOKING POLICY
To ensure a seamless booking experience and secure your appointments, all clients at You by Luke Perger are required to provide their credit card details for their initial booking and subsequent appointments. Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we maintain the strictest security measures to safeguard your information.
Please note that your credit card details will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show appointment. We value your trust and take every precaution to protect your personal information.
DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment at You by Luke Perger, all new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the appointment value. Our existing clients will are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the appointment value.
This deposit serves as a guarantee and will be deducted from your total balance upon completion of your appointment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS POLICY
As part of our appointment management process, you will receive a confirmation text message FOUR days before your scheduled appointment. We kindly request that you respond to this message. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at or before the time of responding to the text message.
Please note that any late cancellations made within 48 hours or no-show appointments will incur a charge of 30% of the total value of the booked services. This charge will be processed using the credit card details provided at the time of booking. Additionally, specific policies and charges apply to back-to-back appointments, colour corrections, and specialized services, as outlined below.
Arrivals and Late arrivals
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Late Arrival Policy:
1. Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving on time allows us to provide you with the best possible service and ensures that our salon runs smoothly for all clients.
2. Late Arrival Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we allow a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. However, please be aware that arriving beyond this grace period may result in a shortened service time or, in some cases, rescheduling of the appointment. A late arrival fee of $15 may be applied.
3. Service Adjustment: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. However, in cases where a full service cannot be provided within the remaining time, we may need to adjust the service or reschedule it for a more suitable time, so as to not inconvenience other clients running on-time.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least THREE days in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
5. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-show instances may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments. Any deposit paid will be forfeited and another deposit required for future appointments.
Colour Corrections, Back-To-Back Colour services and Specialised lightening Services For New Clients Policy
To secure your appointment for services of a longer duration or specialised nature, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reservation and this amount will be deducted from your final balance upon completion of your appointment.

You By Luke Perger is committed to providing the highest quality hair colour services using premium products. To ensure we continue offering exceptional results and maintain a healthy business model, this policy outlines an additional product charge for colour services.
Colour Service Product Charge
A separate product charge will be added to all colour services. This charge reflects the cost of the professional hair colour products used during your service. Factors influencing the product charge include:
The amount of product required: Hair length, thickness, and desired colour outcome all impact product usage.
The specific colour line used: Different brands and ranges have varying costs.
Additional colour techniques: Balayage, ombre, or corrective colour services often require more product.
